If we have anything to thank lock down for, it has to be Honey and Hemps.
As two young East Londoners, we have always been conscious of taking care of ourselves. While living in the city we have enjoyed experimenting and playing with clothes, hair and makeup our whole lives; changing our looks to evolve with our personalities and express ourselves as we grow.
But, when the pandemic came, we were forced to re- evaluate; it was time to pause, home in, and for the first time in a long time, really look at how we are taking care of our bodies, inside and out. So, with an already strong passion and history in design and product development, we decided to build 5 of our own products that revitalise and nourish, from the very surface to the deepest cells beneath.
We sat, spoke, searched and tirelessly tested till our hair was super sleeked, and lips balmed up!

Being a Londoner, living in a rich diverse and cultured city, full of people with heritages that spread all over the world, it has been nothing but a blessing for us, and we would not be the people we are today without our friends and family.
Honey and Hemps, is so special, because it was born from the love, support, and advice of the people who mean the most to us. A family we have created that differ in race, gender, age, class, sexuality and life experience. It is a family full of not only encouragement, but wisdom and teaching, as cultures,practices and thoughts are shared; this knowledge has been used to ensure the creation of only the most perfect products, that are eco friendly, and accessible to everyone.
It is a family we are proud of, and one we would love our customers to become a part of, so you know we had to ensure it was only the finest, purest, natural, unrefined ingredients,
blended, mixed and poured with love, care, and hope that you not only love them too, but they enable you to sit back, and enjoy the moments of peace and self care, that are so
needed, not only now, but always.
Through this process we came up with 5 essential, natural remedies to intensely care for your hair, lips, brows and nails...and this is just the start. We focus on using the purest ingredients and ensuring they are nutrient rich, so that applying the products not only feels like a luxurious moment to yourself, but each product is also full of nutritious benefits; soothing, smoothing, and hydrating as you go.
As every product is hand made and hand poured by us personally, we ensure these golden oils, and buttery balms are perfect with every purchase, as we want to give people natural,
cruelty free luxury, and only create products we are excited to use and promote ourselves.
No one wants to apply something and be worried or concerned as to what it is you are actually letting your body absorb, and so, we created a pure, fresh and affordable range of self care products that easily fit into any lifestyle,as we believe self care should be stress free, and enjoyable, which starts with our transparency, and your trust.
We hope that our brand is about more than beauty. We want to be inclusive in all aspects and show not only ourselves, but our family, friends, and the true community behind our
brand.
We hope to inspire people to use products that they may not have previously considered, as we encourage full body, mind and spirit care.
As a final note, we’ve also focused in particular on making everything not only feel, but look beautiful, as we hope you up cycle your bottles and packaging as added touches to your homes.
